New Delhi: Motilal Nehru Medical College (MLNMC), Allahabad has received approval to start admission for B.Sc Nursing for the academic session 2022-23.

Candidates of the state including Prayagraj, who have qualified for the NEET exam in the current academic session 2022-23, are eligible to enrol for B.Sc Nursing admissions at MLN Medical College, Allahabad.

The medical college has allotted a total of 40 seats for the B.Sc Nursing course. It should be noted that the college will intake students who have passed NEET examination in the same academic session but have not been selected either for MBBS or BDS courses. 

Commenting on the nursing admissions, Dr SP Singh, Principal, MLN Medical College, said that the process of admission will be conducted today, March 31, from 9 am to 2 pm. Candidates' admission to the B.Sc Nursing course will be done based on the merit obtained in NEET (UG) exam 2022.

Earlier, Dr SP Singh informed that the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council visited the MLN medical college for a survey and on the basis of inspection, it was decided that every year, training would be conducted on 40 seats of Bachelor of Science-Nursing (BSc Nursing).

Further, It will be mandatory for the candidates to deposit the fees prescribed by Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Lucknow at the time of admission to the nursing course.
