Maharashtra State Higher Education Ministry on September 02 confirmed that MHT CET 2020 will be conducted between October 1 to 15, 2020.  The authority has made the announcement on Twitter and stated that students can expect that MHT CET 2020 will be conducted in the month of October, and therefore candidates should continue with their preparation.

Maharastra Education Ministry also mentioned that the exact dates for holding MHT CET 2020 will be published soon on the official website. Along with dates State CET Cell will also announce the mode and format of conducting the exam. Until now the exam was held in online mode at various exam centers. Therefore candidates who are going to appear for the state entrance exam are advised to visit the official website regularly and stay updated. 

As the tentative dates are announced, MHT CET 2020 Admit Card is likely to be released in the fourth week of September 2020.

Previously Supreme court rejected the plea of the Maharashtra Government asking for relief from UGC guidelines to conduct final year college exam for the 2020 session. On the contrary, the Supreme court ordered the state government to ask UGC for exam relaxation.
