Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) Cell will conduct the MHT CET Exam 2020 again for students who have not been able to attend the exams due to heavy rainfall.
MHT CET 2020 would be conducted for both the PCM and PCB groups, said Uday Samant, Minister of Higher Education and Technical Education.
Students who have downloaded the Admission Card may only appear for re-examination. Uday Samant took the official Twitter handle to make the announcement.

He wrote, "For the PCM and PCB group of MHT-CET 2020 entrance exams, students who have downloaded the admission card but have not been able to attend the exam for reasons such as heavy rain will be given the opportunity to re-take the exam. They will be examined at a special session.”

The examination, which was scheduled to take place on October 12, was cancelled due to Mumbai's power cut, as five examination centres were affected and the examinations were disrupted.
The examination, as provided for in the official notice, will take place on or before 20 October 2020 at these five centres.
The PCB group MHT CET examination was conducted on October 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 and the PCM group was scheduled to take place on October 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 19 and 20, 2020.
MHT CET Admit Card 2020 was released on October 4, 2020.
About MHT CET 2020
MHT CET is an undergraduate entrance examination for admission to engineering, pharmacy and agricultural courses in the state of Maharashtra.
As many as 4,55 lakh students have applied for this year's MHT CET exam. The examination is usually conducted during the month of May.
However, MHT CET 2020 was postponed due to COVID19 this year. Students wishing to take engineering courses in the state are required to attend PCM courses.
Students interested in taking undergraduate courses in pharmacy or agriculture are required to take part in the PCB examination.
