New Delhi: The Maharashtra State CET Cell, has released the MH CET LLB exam dates for the academic year 2023-24, on its official website @cetcell.mahacet.org. 

According to the MH CET LLB 2023 schedule, the MH CET 5-year LLB will be conducted on April 1, 2023. Whereas, the MH CET 3-year LLB exam will be held on May 1 and 3, through the online mode.

The state CET Cell has announced that the application form for MH CET Law 2023 will shortly be released on the official CET examination portal @cetcell.mahacet.org. All the eligible candidates can apply by registering and submitting the application fee. The MH CET Law registration fee is INR 800 for open category candidates and INR 400 for SC, ST and OBC candidates of Maharashtra.

MH CET LLB 2023: Eligibility Criteria 

Candidates willing to appear for the MH CET LLB 2023 exam will have to meet the requisite eligibility criteria as mentioned below.

5-year LLB Programme:

  • Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with at least 45% marks (40% for reserve category candidates) from a recognized board/institution.

3-year LLB Programme: 

  • Candidates must have passed graduation in any discipline with at least 45% aggregate marks (40% in case of reserve category candidates) from a recognized university.
  • Candidates appearing in their final year of exams are also eligible to take MH CET Law 2023. However, such candidates must ensure that they meet the required eligibility by the time of counselling.

Earlier, the MH CET Cell had released the syllabus for MH CET LLB 2023. The online entrance exam consists of 150 objective-type questions, each carrying one mark. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers.
