New Delhi: Kumaun University has begun the application process for admission 2022. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, kunainital.ac.in

Kumaun University offers 29 undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the fields of Arts, Science, Management, Commerce, Law, etc. These courses are offered in different specialisations of Agroforestry, Environmental Science, Seed Science and Technology, Physics, Soil Science etc. 

Kumaun University also offers PG Diploma courses in 8 specializations. These specializations are Intellectual Property Rights, Forestry Management, Gandhian and Peace Studies, Rural Journalism and Mass Communication, Guidance and Counselling, Journalism, Yoga and Alternative Therapy and Yoga.

Kumaun University Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

• Aspiring candidates must have a 10+2 for UG courses, bachelor’s degree for PG courses, master's degree with 55% for Ph.D. from any recognized university.
• Candidates pursuing their final year exams / waiting for their results are also eligible to apply. However, they must have maintained 55 marks.
• Candidates must hold a valid score in any of the acceptable entrance exams KU Entrance Examinations.

Kumaun University Admission 2022: Selection Process

Selection process for the UG, PG and Ph.D. courses are done on the basis of entrance exams conducted by the university and marks obtained from the latest qualification.

• Firstly the applicants are shortlisted on the basis of their qualifying degree.
• Shortlisted candidates then have to appear for the KU Entrance Examinations Group Discussion/ personal interview/written test] rounds.
• Final selection is based on the overall performance and marks weightage.

• Visit the official application portal of Kumaun University, at www.kunainital.ac.in.
• Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.
• Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.
• Pay the application fee of INR 50 and submit the Application form. 
• Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
