KSRDPRU PG Admission 2021: Eligibility Criteria

Courses offered at KSRDPRU 

Eligibility criteria 

MA, MSW and MBA (Rural Management /Agribusiness Management)

Candidates who have graduated with 50% (45% for SC/ST/CAT-I/ / Differently abled candidates) of marks in the aggregate of all the subjects including languages are eligible 

MBA 

Eligibility criteria are as recommended by the Karnataka government. However, the eligibility criteria for MBA admission is subject to change 

M.A. Economic (Development Economics)

Candidates must be graduate with Economics as a major/alternative subject, with at least of 50% (45% for SC/ST/CAT-I/ Differently abled candidates) of marks in the subjects 

M.Com. (Entrepreneurship / Co-operative Management) 

Candidates who have pursued B.Com/BBA/BBM with 50% (45% for SC/ST/Cat.I/ Differently abled candidates) of marks in the aggregate of all the subjects including languages is eligible

M.Sc. in Geoinformatics
  • Candidates must be a Science (including farm Science)/ Engineering graduate with at least 50% (45% for SC/ST/CAT-I/Differently abled candidates) marks in the aggregate of all optional subjects 
  • Candidates must be a Science or Engineering graduate who has studied Mathematics as subjects at Degree or at PUC (10+2 level) 
  • M.Sc. Geography Postgraduates
  • Candidates must be a graduate who has studied Geography as major subject at the degree level

M.Sc. in Computer Science (Data Analytics) 

Candidates must be a BSc Graduate with Computer Science/BCA/BE/B.Tech (Any branch) or science graduate with mathematics /Statistics as a major subjects at 10+2 Level with at least 50% 45% for SC/ST/CAT-I/Differently abled candidates) of marks in the aggregate of all optional subjects

M.Sc. in Food Science & Technology 

Candidates must be a science graduate (including farm Science) or Engineering graduate with at least 50% (45% for SC/ST/CAT-I/Differently abled candidates) of marks in the aggregate of all optional subjects. Further, they should have studied Chemistry or Biochemistry and one of the Life Science subjects either at degree level or at PUC (10+2 level) 

MPH (Master of Public Health)

Candidates must be a graduate with a minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ST/CAT-I/Differently abled candidates) of marks in the aggregate of all the subjects is eligible. But those who have experience in the Health Field will be highly preferred 

KSRDPRU PG Admission Application Process 2021

Interested candidates can follow the step-by-step process provided below to apply online for the KSRDPRU PG courses 2021 till November 30, 2021. 

Step 1: Visit the official KSRDPRU website @ksrdpru.ac.in.

Step 2: Download the KSRDPRU PG Admission and fill all the details accordingly. 

Step 3: Candidates shall send the duly filled in application form along with marks and relevant documents, with a fee by Demand Draft, Payable at Gadag, drawn in favour of “The Finance Officer, KSRDPRU, Gadag”. 

Step 4: The application fee can also be paid online in favour of the following address, 

“To the Finance Officer, KSRDPRU, Gadag,” to the University,

KSRDPRU PG Admission 2021: Admission Process

  • Candidates will be admitted to the KSRDPRU PG courses 2021 based on the Merit list and Counselling.
  • Qualified candidates in KEA, MBA-PGCET exam will be considered for admissions to MBA in Rural management/ Agribusiness Management

Candidates will be admitted through the University Entrance Test if the seats remain vacant.
