New Delhi: KL Deemed University is offering admission to its newly launched B.Sc. in Computer Science course from the academic session 2022-23. Aspiring candidates can submit their online applications through the official portal, kluniversity.in. 

As per KL University, this newly launched B.Sc in Computer Science course was introduced by WIPRO National Officer Lavanam and Oracle Product Development Director Sarath during an event held on the university campus in Tadepalli on Tuesday, May 10, 2022. 

During the occasion, Lavanam said that this course will help students to be ready for more job opportunities. Students can also have higher education opportunities overseas. 

“Major changes have taken place in the fields of science and technology after the COVID-19 pandemic. Students can excel if they develop skills in cybersecurity, data science and artificial intelligence”, as stated by Lavanam. 

KL University Vice-Chancellor Dr. Saradhi Verma also stated that there will be Cybersecurity, Data Science and AI specialisations within this course. The event was also attended by Pro-Chacellor Dr. Jagannadha Rao, Director of Admissions, Dr. J Srinivasa Rao, Dr. Kishore Babu, Director of International Relations, Dr. Prasad, Dean of Placements, Dr. Subrahmanyam, College of Science Principle, some other faculty and students.

• Aspiring candidates must have passed class 12 examination from any recognized board.
• Candidates must have Maths, Computer Science as compulsory subjects in their Class 12.
• Candidates must have secured 55% marks and above.

• Firstly the applicants are shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the qualifying written entrance exam,conducted by the varsity.
