New Delhi: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2022 results at 11 AM on its official website @kea.kar.nic.in. The document verification process for the same will commence from August 5, 2022. 

CN Ashwath Narayan, Karnataka’s Minister of Higher Education announced the KCET 2022 results via a press conference at 10 am today. Candidates who appeared for the entrance exam can check their results at kea.kar.nic.in, karresults.nic.in.

With the KCET 2022 Results out, a total of 1,71,656 students are now eligible for admissions to the engineering courses, while 1,74,568 students for B Pharma and 1,39,968 for BSC (Agriculture) are eligible for admissions in the KCET participating colleges . 

Meanwhile, the KEA has decided to commence the document verification process for all the KCET qualified candidates from August 5, 2022. 

KEA KCET 2022 Result: How to Download Scorecard? 

Step 1: Visit the official KCET website @kea.kar.nic.in or @karresults.nic.in

Step 2: On the homepage, Click on the KCET 2022 result link available.

Step 3: It will redirect you to a new login page, enter all the required credentials (application number) to login.

Step 4:   KCET 2022 Results/ Scorecard will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5: Download the results and save it for future reference. 

KEA KCET 2022 Results: Details mentioned 

Following are the details mentioned in the KCET 2022 results:

• Name of the candidate
• KCET roll number
• Subject-wise scores
• Total obtained score
• Rank secured by the candidate

Candidates who will qualify on the basis of KCET result 2022 will be eligible to participate in the KCET 2022 counseling process .  

KEA KCET 2022 Results: Counselling 

Students appearing for the KCET 2022 counselling from August 5, will have to carry the following documents: 

• Print out of the KCET-2022 Online Application Form
• ‘KCET 2022’ Admission Ticket
• SSLC / 10th Standard Marks Card
• 2nd PUC / 12th Standard Marks Card
• Seven Years Study Certificate counter signed by the concerned BEO / DDPI

The KEA authorities will shortly announce the KCET counselling 2022 dates on its official portal. All the shortlisted candidates under KCET 2022 Results will be eligible to participate in the counselling process. However, the KCET 2022 seat allotment will be done on the basis of KCET merit, preferences and availability of seats.

This year, the KCET 2022 exam was conducted on June 16, 17 and 18, while the provisional KCET answer key for the entrance exam was released on June 22. 

A total of 2,16,559 candidates had registered for the KCET 2022. However, only 2,10,829 candidates appeared for the exam on the scheduled dates.
