New Delhi: Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released KCET 2022 Provisional Answer Key on its official KEA website, @cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. Candidates can download the answer key and raise objections against it till June 25, 2022. 

KCET Answer Key 2022 has been released for all four subjects – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology. Since the answer key is provisional, candidates who appeared for the KCET 2022 exam submit their objections till the deadline.

KCET 2022 Answer Key: How to calculate probable score? 

Candidates must follow the KCET 2022 exam pattern and understand the marking scheme in order to calculate their probable scores through KCET answer key 2022. Go through the steps below to evaluate the probable scores. 

Step 1: Count the number of questions answered correctly in KCET exam with the help of the response sheet.

Step 2: In KCET 2022, each question carries 1 mark.

Step 3: Now, add 1 mark for correct answers and deduct 0 marks for incorrect answers. 

Step 4: The sum of correct and incorrect answers is your probable score in the KCET 2022 examination. 

It should be noted that there is no negative marking as per KCET exam pattern 2022.

KCET 2022 Answer Key 2022: How to Download? 

The KCET 2022 Answer Key has been released online in a pdf format. Candidates can go through the steps to download the answer key. 

Step 1: Visit the official KEA website @kea.kar.nic.in

Step 2: On the homepage, navigate to the admissions tab and then click on UGCET 2022

Step 3: A new page will open, click on the link which reads ‘ KCET UGCET 2022 Provisional Answer Keys’

Step 4: Select the subject (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology) and save the PDF for future references.

KCET 2022 Answer Key: Direct Link

According to the official KEA notification, if any candidate intends to raise objections against the KCET 2022 answer key, then they can submit their objections by selecting the appropriate link on the KEA website with justification in PDF format on or before 5:30 PM on June 25, 2022. 

It should be noted that any objections sent without a justification, without a number code or without mentioning a question number, will not be accepted by the examination's authority. 

KCET 2022 Answer Key: How to Raise Objections? 

Following are the steps to raise objections against the KCET answer key 2022. 

Step 1: Visit the official KEA website at kea.kar.nic.in.

Step 2: Enter the candidate portal and login using their CET number and date of birth.

Step 3: Click on the option to raise objections against the KCET 2022 answer key.

Step 4: Select the subject, version code and question paper.

Step 5: After entering the details, hit the submit button. 

KCET 2022 Answer Key: Categories 

The KCET 2022 answer key is divided into 4 categories, i.e, Official Answer Key, Unofficial Answer Key, Provisional Answer Key, and Final Answer Key. 

Official Answer Key: 

KEA releases the official answer key on its official website. Candidates can use the official KCET 2022 Answer Key, to evaluate their probable scores in the KCET 2022 Exam.

Unofficial Answer Key: 

The subject matter experts release the unofficial answer key for reference purpose. Candidates can download the unofficial answer key after the completion of the examination.

Provisional Answer Key: 

The conducting authority, KEA releases the KCET 2022 Provisional Answer Key on the website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea. It is considered to be the official answer key. Candidates will also have the chance to raise objections, if unsatisfied with any question or answer in the KCET 2022 Exam. 

Final Answer Key: 

After the evaluation process is completed, the KEA releases the final answer key for KCET 2022 exam. Candidates should note that they cannot raise any objection, against the same. 

KCET 2022: Question Paper 

KEA releases the KCET 2022 question paper on the official website @cetonline.karnataka.gov.in, along with the official KCET 2022 answer key only. The question paper contains the subject code, question code, alternatives and the marks for each question. Candidates can use the KCET 2022 question paper to prepare for the future examinations. 

KCET 2022: Response Sheet 

The response sheet for KCET 2022 is released as the login of the candidates. In order to download the response sheet, candidates need to login with their registration number. 

The KCET response sheet resembles the OMR sheet, where the candidates can mark their answers, during the KCET 2022 Exam. 

This year, the KCET 2022 result is expected to be out in the 3rd week of July 2022 with the official KCET 2022 answer keys. Candidates can download the result and the answer key from the official website - cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. 

The first round of KCET 2022 cutoff is expected to be released in the last week of July 2022. Candidates who will qualify for KCET 2022 will be eligible for KCET 2022 counselling.
