New Delhi: The Karnataka Pre-University Education Department, has published a revised date sheet for PUC-II 2022, Class 12 Board exams through its official website. The department has taken this decision to avoid clash of PUC-II with the JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Mains Exam 2022.

Karnataka PUC-II Exam Schedule Revised to Avoid Clash with JEE Main 2022

The JEE Main 2022 Session 1 exams are scheduled to be conducted from April 16 to 21, 2022. Hence, the department has rescheduled PUC-II annual exams 2022 to commence on April 22, 2022 and they will be conducted in the morning shift from 10:15 AM to 1:30 PM. 

Earlier, the PUC-II exams were scheduled to be conducted from April 16 to May 4, 2022. 

Karnataka Education Minister, BC Nagesh, shared this revised schedule on his Twitter handle and wrote, “The secondary PUC exam schedule (provisional) has been revised for the benefit of the students, as the state’s secondary PU exam and some of the JEE exams conducted by the NTA are on the same date. To this schedule, the time has been given till March 5 up to 5 pm to submit an objection.”

Karnataka PUC-II 2022: How to Download Exam Schedule?

Candidates can check and download the PUC-II revised exam schedule through the following steps: 

  • Visit the official portal, pue.kar.nic.in
  • Search for the ‘Bulletin’ section on the website homepage & click on the ‘Draft time table for PUC-II April/May 2022 annual examination’.
  • The Datesheet PDF will be opened in a new window.
  • Save the PDF format Datesheet for future references.

The Karnataka Education Board has also started the option for students and their parents to raise objections against the revised timetable for PUC-II exams 2022. Interested candidates can submit their objections to the provisional date-sheet up to March 5, 2022 (5 PM) on the released Email Id - jdexam.dpue2gmail.com .
