The Karnataka Examination Authority has released a notification on September 23, 2021, stating that due to the multiple concerns raised by different universities, it has finally decided to postpone Karnataka Post Graduation Common Entrance Test (Karnataka PGCET 2021) to November 2021. The last date to register for Karnataka PGCET 2021 has also been extended.
The new dates for Karnataka PGCET will be declared soon by the Karnataka Examination Authority. Also, eligible candidates can apply for Karnataka PGCET 2021 till October 3, 2021. The last date to pay the application fee has also been extended to October 5, 2021. The official notification released by the Karnataka Examination Authority is provided below for reference:
The state-level exam provides admission to MBA/MCA/ME/M.Tech/M.Arch programmes offered by Karnataka’s Government/ University/ Private Aided/ Private Un-aided professional educational institutions.
Steps to fill Karnataka PGCET 2021 Application Form
The Karnataka Examination Authority has released PGCET 2021 Application form on its official website. Candidates must follow the below-mentioned steps to correctly fill in their Karnataka PGCET 2021 Application Form:
- Visit the official website of KEA, i.e. kea.kar.nic.in
- Click on the ‘Application’ tab
- Select PGCET 2021 Online Application
- Click on ‘New User’ to register
- Fill in the required details and complete the registration process.
- Click on continue
- Fill in your personal & academic details
- Choose your city preferences for the examination
- Upload scanned copies of documents
- Upload signature & photograph
- Download the challan form
- Make payment of Application Fee via RTGS/NEFT
- Print the confirmation page for future references

Keeping in view the change in dates of application & exam, other dates including Karnataka PGCET Admit Card release date will also change. The authorities will be publishing the revised examination schedule soon on their official website. Karnataka PGCET 2021 admit card will be released 10 days prior to the exam date.
