New Delhi: Jaypee University of Information Technology (JUIT) Waknaghat is now inviting applications for admission to its PhD program. Interested and eligible candidates can apply on its official website at juit.ac.in till June 30, 2022. 
 

As per JUIT Waknaghat, the Ph.D. program is open for those candidates who have completed their Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Social Sciences, Humanities, or any other equivalent domain from any recognized university or institute.

Candidates seeking JUIT Waknaghat PhD Admission 2022 must also have good academic records with first division or a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA of 6 on a scale of 10 at UG and PG levels.

The selection of applicants will be done based on a written test conducted by JUIT for Ph.D. admission or alternatively through NET/SLET/UGC/CSIR(JRF) scores followed by a personal interview round on campus.

JUIT Waknaghat PhD Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria 

Candidates who are preparing to apply for PhD Admission 2022 at the Jaypee University of Information Technology are required to meet the following eligibility criteria: 

Ph.D. in Engineering / Technology: Regular M.Tech from a recognised university with 60% or above marks or equivalent. 

Ph.D. in Sciences / Humanities / Social Sciences / Management: Master’s Degree in respective discipline with 60% marks or above.

Marks Requirement: Candidates must have 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA at

both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Entrance Exam: Candidates must have appeared for UGC NET, SLET, UGC or CSIR(JRF), or JUIT Ph.D. Entrance Test (to be held on July 06, 2022).

JUIT Waknaghat PhD Admission 2022: Selection Process

• JUIT Waknaghat PhD Admission 2022 will be based on a written test.

• Candidates who qualified NET/SLET/UGC/CSIR(JRF) or equivalent national-level exam are exempted from the written test. 
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. 

• Eligible candidates will be required to give a short presentation in the area of research interest before the interview committee.

Step 1: Visit the official website of Jaypee University of Information Technology at https://www.juit.ac.in or https://www.getadmissions.com/jaypee.

Step 2: Click on JUIT Ph.D. Admission 2022 link available on the homepage. 

Step 3: Register yourself by entering the details as required. 

Step 4: On the next page, Fill out the application form as required and attach the mentioned documents. 

Step 5: Pay the application fee of INR 1,200/- and submit the form to complete your application process. 

Note for Offline Application: Candidates can also send their applications for JUIT PhD Admission 2022 though offline means by downloading the application form from the university website at https://www.juit.ac.in.

They are required to send the filled application form with a Demand Draft of INR 1,200/- in favor of “Jaypee University of Information Technology” payable at Shimla to the below-mentioned address:
