NTA released the JNU Question Papers and Answer Key 2020 in online mode on October 21. Applicants who have taken the JNUEE 2020 entrance exam will be able to check the answer key for JNU 2020 by visiting the official NTA JNU website.

With the help of the JNU 2020 answer key, candidates can calculate a possible score based on their response to the entrance exam. Candidates will be given the opportunity to challenge the JNU answer key 2020 if they find any differences with the answers.

IA processing fee of INR 1000 will be charged for challenging each response in the JNUEE 2020 and JNU CEEB 2020 response keys.

Candidates are required to raise their objection within the time allowed. The Agency will release the final answer key to JNU 2020 if the objection raised by any candidate appears to be valid.

NTA will release the provisional answer key of JNUEE 2020 in order to give candidates an idea of the possibility of making an estimate of the marks that can be scored on the basis of their response to the examination.

Steps to download JNU Answer Key

Step 1: Visit the official website of NTA JNU (ntajnu.nic.in)

Step 2: Click on “Download JNUEE Answer Key”.

Step 3: A login window will appear on the screen.

Step 4: Enter the application number and date of birth/ password.

Step 5: Click on “Submit” button.

Step 6: Select “Display of question papers and responses”.

Step 7: Candidates can now check the response sheet and question paper.

JNU Provisional Answer Key 2020

NTA gives the possibility to challenge the answer key of JNU 2020 after the release of the provisional response sheet and the question papers. In order to estimate the possible score for the entrance examination, the test takers can look at their answers and question papers. Candidates may challenge the answer key of JNUEE 2020 within the time specified before the objection window is closed. Candidates must pay a processing fee of Rs. 1000 to challenge each response in the JNU 2020 answer key. Below are the steps that can be taken by a candidate to challenge the JNU answer key 2020 in the event of any discrepancy.

How to challenge JNU Answer Key 2020

Step 1: Click on the official link

Step 2: Click on “Challenge JNUEE Answer Key” tab.

Step 3: A login window will appear on the screen.

Step 4: Enter the application number and date of birth/ password.

Step 5: Click on “Challenge answer key”.

Step 6: Candidates can now check the question ID, paper name, ID options claimed for objection and correct option on their screen.

Step 7: To claim an objection, candidates can select the desired question ID’s checkbox.

Step 8: Click on “Save your claim”.

Step 9: Candidates are now required to upload supporting documents by clicking on the “Choose file” option.

Step 10: Click on “Save your claim”.

How to calculate score using JNU Answer Key 2020

  • Download the answer keys and response sheet.

  • Crosscheck the responses and question paper set.

  • For every correct response, candidates will be awarded either one, two, three or four marks depending upon the exam code and programme.

  • Negative marking is not applicable in the case of most of the programmes. However, in the case of a few programmes negative marking is applicable.

  • Based on their programme, candidates can calculate an estimate score they can get in the entrance examination.

JNU Final Answer Key 2020

After considering the valid objections raised by the applicants, NTA will release the final answer key of JNUEE / JNU CEEB 2020 in online mode. The amount paid by the candidates to raise an objection will be refunded by the Agency if the differences are found to be valid. JNUEE Final Answer Key 2020 will be released as a PDF. No login credential is required to check the final answer key of JNU 2020. If no objection is found to be valid in the response sheet of JNU 2020, the Agency will not release the final answer key of JNUEE / JNU CEEB.

JNU Result 2020

The results of JNU 2020 will be reported in online mode. Candidates can check their JNU results by using their login credential created during the registration process. The answer key for JNU 2020 will be released in the form of a scorecard. Candidates can download the JNU 2020 scorecard and keep it with them for future reference purposes. The JNU answer key 2020 contains the name of the candidate, the candidate category, the NTA score, the gender, the roll number, the father's name, the mother's name, the marks entered in each section and the date of birth. The result of the JNUEE 2020 will be declared after the release of the final answer key. The JNU 2020 result will be declared separately for UG, PG and doctoral programmes.
