The National Testing Agency (NTA) issued the date sheets for Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNUEE) on September 20. Meanwhile, admit cards are also available on the official website of NTA (nta.ac.in). Check direct links, details below.

The JNU Entrance Exam 2020 for UG, PG, M.Phil, and PhD courses will be conducted online from October 5 to October 8.

Candidates can also download the JNUEE 2020 admit card by entering their log-in details on NTA’s official website (nta.ac.in). The JNU Entrance Exam 2020 will now be conducted in October.​

The Entrance Exam for JNU was earlier scheduled from 11-14 May. It was later postponed due to the increasing cases of coronavirus in the states.

NTA JNU Entrance Exam 2020: Dates Released

The JNUEE 2020 for PG, M.Phil, and Ph.D. programs will be conducted from October 5-8, while the UG program entrance exam for B. A (Hons.) will be conducted on October 6 and B.Sc and M.Sc on October 8 at the allotted time.

JNUEE 2020 Date Sheet: How to Download? 

To download the JNUEE 2020 date sheet, follow the given steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of NTA JNU (jnuexams.nta.nic.in).

Step 2: Click on "JNUEE-2020 Date-Sheet" from the screen.

Step 3: Click on the Download icon from the screen to download the Datesheet.

Note: Students must bring a printed copy of the admit card, one passport size photo, original government photo ID, and PwD certificate (if applicable) on the day of the examination. 

Candidates who failed to bring the important document for admit card verification will not be allowed to appear in the JNU Entrance Exam.

JNU Entrance Exam 2020: Overview

The question papers of JNUEE 2020 will be based on the syllabus prescribed by JNU. The Exam will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). For more details, check the table below:

The revised exam scheduled will be conducted in two different shifts- 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

JNUEE 2020 Admit Card: Steps to Download

The Conducting agency confirmed that the admit cards will be available on 21 September 2020. To download the admit card for JNU Entrance Examination 2020, follow the below steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of NTA (https://www.nta.ac.in/Home).

Step 2: Click on the “Admit Card JNUEE 2020” link on the website.

Step 3: Log-in by entering the enrollment number and your date of birth.

Step 4: Enter the captcha and click on the submit button

Step 5: Click on the "Download Admit Card JNUEE 2020" link from the screen and take a print out. 

In case of inability to preview or failed to download admit cards, the student is advised to approach the student-helpline of JNU (011-26704012 / 26742616).

JNU Admission 2020: Selection Criteria

Admission to Jawaharlal Nehru University is based on the performance of Candidates in JNUEE 2020. The final selection of the candidates is based on the performance of students in CBT for all programs of study. 

For the last process, students are called for VIVA-VOCE and the final merit list is made with 70% weightage to CBT score and 30% weightage to VIVA.
