JEE Main 2020 Admit Card has been released on August 17, 2020, by National Testing Agency. The Admit Card is available online and candidates will have to download it using their registration number and date of birth.

Details regarding the candidates' name, roll number, exam centers, exam timing photo and signature along with exam day guideline will be mentioned in JEE Main 2020 Admit card. Candidates will need to carry photo identity proof and two sets of recent passport photographs along with the admit card in order to appear for the exam.

JEE Main 2020 is finally scheduled to be conducted from September 01 to 06, 2020, after the plea to postpone JEE Main further was rejected in Supreme Court on August 17, 2020. Steps to download JEE Main 2020 Admit Card

JEE Main 2020 Admit Card has been released online on the official website of NTA. Candidates will need to follow the below-mentioned steps to download the admit card.

  • Visit the official portal of JEE Main @ (jeemain.nta.nic.in) 
  • Two links will be available stating “ Download JEE Main 2020 April/September 2020 Admit Card ”.
  • Click on any one of the links.
  • A new window will appear on the screen prompting to enter Registration number and Dates of Birth. 
  • Enter the details in the given field and click submit
  • An undertaking related to COVID-19 will have to be taken.
  • After that, JEE Admit Card preview will appear on the screen 
  • Click on “Download Admit Card.
  • The admit card will be downloaded. 

Verify all the details mentioned in JEE Main 2020 Admit Card. In case of any discrepancies contact the National Testing Agency as soon as possible on the helpline number.

JEE Main 2020 – Advisory for Candidates Regarding COVID-19

In order to ensure the health and safety of the aspirants, the National Testing Agency will implement several Social Distancing Measures as per the Government of India guidelines in view of the COVID-19 situation. JEE Main 2020 Admit Card Download Guidelines

  • The admit card has four pages – Page 1 contains the Centre details and Self-declaration (Undertaking) form regarding COVID-19, page 2 has “Important instructions for candidates” and page 3 and 4 have “ Advisory for candidates regarding COVID-19”.
  • The candidates must download all the four pages
  • Candidates must visit the exam centre a day before to see the arrangements so that they do not face any problem on the exam day
  • If religion/customs require you to wear specific attire, please visit the centre early for thorough checking
  • No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall without JEE Main admit card 2020, valid ID proof and proper frisking
  • Frisking through Handheld Metal Detector (HHMD) will be carried out without touching the body

During Examination

  • Five A4 size sheets will be kept at each candidate’s desk for use by candidate for Rough work. If Additional sheets are required for rough work by the candidate, the same shall be made available on demand.
  • Before each shift starts (and after the last shift of the candidate) the Seating Area will be thoroughly sanitized - monitor keyboard, mouse, webcam, desk and the chair. Candidates can further sanitize the same with sanitizers that will be made available in the examination lab/room/hall.
  • Candidates are required to paste passport size photograph and sign on the Attendance sheet after sanitizing hands with sanitizer

After Examination

  • On completion of a shift, the candidates will be permitted to move out in an orderly manner one candidate at a time. Please wait for instructions from the invigilator and do not get up from your seat until advised.
  • Candidates must drop the Admit Card and Rough Sheets in the advised boxes after displaying to the staff available next to the dropbox. If any candidate misses to drop Admit Card or Rough Sheets in boxes, action (which also includes disqualification from the exam) can be taken against him.

How to fill JEE Main Self-Declaration or Undertaking Form?

It is mandatory for every candidate to fill and sign the self declaration form given in JEE Main Admit Card 2020. The Self declaration form consist details such as travel history, symptoms, if any COVID-19 or any possible contact with a coronavirus patient in the last 14 days. Those candidates apppearing for JEE Main 2020 exam have to fill the self declaration form 2020 which will be checked at the time of exam.
