JEE Main 2023 Toppers List Out: 20 Students Score a 100 Percentile

New Delhi: The National Testing Agency has announced the toppers list for the session 1 of JEE Main 2023 on its official website @jeemain.nta.nic.in. A total of 20 candidates have secured the 100th percentile for the JEE Main 2023 Result and topped the session 1 exam.

According to the reports, six of the 12 topper students are from the city of Kota. These students from Allen Career Institute did well in the JEE Main 2023 Examination and have achieved the top percentile.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the release of results for session 1 of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2023 for BE, BTech paper 1 today on its official social media. Candidates can download the JEE Mains 2023 results at official website- jeemain.nta.nic.in or ntaresults.nic.in. 

JEE Main 2023 Topper’s List

The NTA data reveal that Nipun and Nikunj Goel, twin brothers, have achieved first place in the JEE Main Session 1 exam this year. Nikunj scored 99.99 percentile on the entrance exam, while Nipun achieved a perfect 100 percentile. Tabulated below is the topper's list of JEE Main 2023 Session 1 exam.

Of the 20 JEE Main 2023 toppers, 14 candidates belonged to the General category, while 4 students were from the OBC category, and one each from the gen-EWS and SC categories.

The data reveal that Deshank Pratap Singh tops the SC category with a 100 NTA score, Dheeravath Thanuj tops the ST category with a 99.99041 NTA score, and Md Sahil Akhtar tops the PwD category with a 99.9848042 NTA score.

This year, NTA has declared the JEE Main 2023 Result in record time. Even the JEE Main 2023 results for the January Session were released 6 days after the exam was concluded. As per the NTA, over 8.6 lakh candidates registered for the JEE entrance exam and out of these, 8.22 lakh candidates appeared for the JEE Main 2023 exam.

Moreover, the NTA recorded the highest ever attendance for the JEE Main Exam. The total attendance was recorded to be 95.79 percent for session 1 of the exam. Meanwhile, NTA has begun the registration for JEE Main Session 2 which is scheduled to be held in April. The last date to register for session 2 is March 7, 2023.
