New Delhi: National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the JEE Main 2023 Session 1 (January 2023) examinations from tomorrow, January 24, 2023. The entrance test will be held for all registered candidates in 290 cities across the country and 18 outside.

Candidates who have registered for JEE Main 2023 (Session 1) January Exam are required to download their admit card at least a day before the exam date. The direct link to download the admit card is available on the official website of NTA NEET nta.ac.in.

After downloading the JEE Main 2023 Session 1 Admit Card, candidates can check their exam roll number, parent's name, exam timings and center location, medium of paper, reporting time, allotment exam date and other exam-related information on the same.

JEE Main 2023 Session 1 Exam: Important Points to Remember

Candidates who are preparing to appear for JEE Main 2023 January Exam have to follow the below-mentioned instructions as given on admit card to prevent any last-minute hassle: 

  • To appear for examinations, candidates must report at their allotted JEE Main 2023 Exam Center at least two hours before the exam. The exam is scheduled to be held from 9 AM to 3 PM on January 24, 2023 (tomorrow). 
  • Candidates must carry their JEE Main 2023 Admit Card and a copy of valid ID proof such as a school identity card, PAN card, driving license, voter id, passport and aadhaar card, etc for the identification process at the exam center.
  • Entry inside the exam hall will only be permitted without the candidate's admit card and identification process.
  • Candidates also have to fill out the JEE Main 2023 Session 1 self-declaration form, which ensures that students who have appeared for the entrance test, invigilators and staff members are safe at the exam center. 
  • To fill out the JEE Main 2023 Session 1 self-declaration form, candidates have to enter their application form numbers, test centers and date of exam. They also have to mention their health status and if there are any symptoms of cold, cough, runny nose or fever.
  • There is no dress code required to appear for the entrance test. Candidates can take the exam in their regular attire. 
  • Candidates are advised to follow the JEE Main 2023 Session 1 exam day guidelines mentioned in the admit card.
