New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared on February 1, 2023 that it will be reopening the admission form correction window for JEE Main 2023 after the result for Session 1 exams have been declared. Once the form correction window reopens, candidates who have applied for session 2 exam will be able to make corrections on their JEE Main 2023 Application Form. 

The JEE Main 2023 Exam Session 1 is being held from January 24, 25, 28, 29, 30, 31 and February 1, 2023. The result for Session 1 is expected to be declared on the second week of February. 

“A correction window will be opened after the results of the first Phase, during which it can be corrected,” The announcement was made by NTA through a tweet.

Earlier, the correction window was opened by NTA from January 13-14, 2023. But many students could not make the necessary edits. So NTA has decided to take such an action. 

The details that cannot be modified in the application form for JEE Main 2023 include- Mobile Number, Email Address, Permanent Address, and Correspondence Address. Details such as father’s/ mother’s name, Category, JEE Main 2023 exam city, qualification including the passing year of Class 10th and 12th, etc. 

JEE Main 2023 Form Correction: How to Rectify?

Step 1 – Visit NTA JEE Main Official Website.

Step 2 – Click on ‘Application Form Correction for JEE(Main) – 2023’ link

Step 3 – Enter Application Number, Password and Security Pin to access application form for correction. 

Step 4 – Click on ‘Manage Form Particulars Correction’ and then the following window will appear:

Step 5 – Read the above-mentioned instructions and go ahead to make JEE Main Form Correction.

Step 6 – Edit the information that needs correction except for the exam centre.

Step 7 – Submit the application form. Pay the additional fee (if required).
