New Delhi: National Testing Agency, NTA has released the JEE Main Admit Card 2022 for the session 1 exam on its official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in. The exam will be held from June 20 to June 29, 2022, in various exam centers across the country. 

Candidates who have registered to appear for JEE Main 2022 Exam for session 1 are directed to carry their admit card along with an identity proof and self-declaration form (undertaking) to their allotted exam center on exam day. 

As per NTA, the self-declaration form is mandatory to be filled in advance by candidates before reaching the JEE Main 2022 Exam Center. Applicants are required to mention their recent travel history and health status such as any sign of cough, fever, or flu in the form.

This step has been taken in accordance with the health guidelines released by the government in view of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in the country. Applicants are strictly advised to read the exam instructions and safety guidelines and follow the same during the exam.

JEE Main 2022 (Session 1): How to Download Admit Card? 

Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to download the admit card for JEE Main 2022 for Session 1:

Step 1: Go to the official JEE Main 2022 website - https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link JEE Main 2022 (Session 1) Admit Card. 

Step 3: Candidates must then enter their login credentials entered at the time of registration. 

Step 4: Click on the Submit tab after reviewing the details.

Step 5: The JEE Main 2022 (Session 1) Admit Cards will appear on the screen. Download the admit card and take a printout of the same for future reference.

JEE Mains 2022: Exam Day Guidelines

With the release of JEE Main Admit Card 2022 for the July 2022 session, registered candidates will be able to check the exam day guidelines on it. Candidates must read and follow the exam guidelines at the exam center. Failing to do so can result in exam cancellation of candidates.

  • Check the detailed exam day guidelines for JEE Main 2022 Exam mentioned below for your reference: 
  • Report to the allotted exam center at least an hour before the given schedule.
  • Carry your JEE Main Admit Card 2022 and identity proof for the identity verification process at the exam center.
  • Do not carry any electronic gadgets inside the exam center such as mobile phones, calculators, handbags, earphones, etc. 
  • Carry your filled (but not signed) copy of the self-declaration form/undertaking along with the undertaking filled during the time of admit card download.
  • Do not practice any unfair means or cheating. Doing so will result in exam cancellation of applicants. 
  • Follow the JEE Main 2022 exam guidelines and safety protocols mentioned on the admit card. 

Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main) is a standard entrance test conducted by NTA for admission to B.Tech programs in the top 31 NITs, 25 IIITs, and 19 GFTIs. It is also an eligibility test for admission to top IITs in India through JEE Advance. 

For the 2022 session, the JEE 2022 paper 1 will be held for admission to B.E./B.Tech programs and paper 2 will be held for admission to B.Arch & B.Planning courses. The entrance test will be held twice this year and candidates will only get 2 attempts to score well in the examination.
