IIT Delhi has released the JEE Advanced 2020 Admit Card on September 21, 2020. Candidates can download their admit card @jeeadv.nic.in using their registration number, email ID and other details. 

JEE Advanced 2020 Admit Card will be available for download from September 21, 2020, to September 27, 2020. JEE Advanced 2020 will be conducted in computer-based mode on September 27, 2020.

The exam is going to be held in 215 cities in India. Meanwhile,  IIT Delhi  had also released the JEE Advanced 2020 Result date. Results would be live on the website on 5 October 2020.

How to Download JEE Advanced 2020 Admit Card?

JEE Advanced 2020 admit card will contain all the important examination details including examination date, time, IIT zone, exam center details, name of the candidate, registration number, etc.

Registered students can download the JEE Advanced Exam admit card by following the given steps:

  • Step 1: Visit the JEE Advanced website (jeeadv.nic.in).
  • Step 2: Click on the link admit card download link from the tab.
  • Step 3: Log-in by entering your registration number, date of birth, email Id, and mobile number.
  • Step 4: Click on the Download link from the screen and take a printout.

The student needs to carry their admit card and important document for the ID verification at the examination center. No candidate would be permitted inside the exam center without ID verification. 

Exam Day Guidelines for JEE Advanced 2020

Registered students are advised to follow the latest examination guidelines provided by the government during the examination. To prevent the spread of coronavirus, wearing a mask during examinations is mandatory.

The key points of examination day guidelines for JEE Advanced 2020 are as follow:

  • Students are asked to reach their allocated examination center before the reporting time mentioned in their admit card.
  • Students have to follow the latest COVID-19 safety measures during the examination.
  • Social gatherings outside the exam center are restricted. 
  • Candidates need to have their admit card and valid photo ID proof for ID verification at the exam centers.
  • Face masks are mandatory during the examination.
  • Metallic items like metal rings, bracelets, etc are not allowed inside the examination hall.
  • Electronic gadgets like mobile phones, calculators, electronic watches are not permitted inside the exam hall.
  • Students can wear a simple analog watch during the exam.
