New Delhi: IRMA has successfully completed the final placement process for its 41st PGDRM 2020-22 batch. The institute witnessed a 39.47% increase over the previous batch with the highest remuneration package of INR 26.50 LPA.

IRMA placement process of the PGDRM batch began on January 5, 2022, with almost 251 participants. 19 students from the PGDRM programme of IRMA obtained pre-placement offers based on their work in internships and other projects.
Top recruiters that participated in the IRMA placement drive made a total of 431 job offers. The average annual salary paid by companies to IRMA graduates is INR 15 LPA.

The PGDRM is a two-year fully residential managerial programme. A graduate from any discipline with 50% or above aggregate or equivalent CGPA is eligible to apply for the programme. The placement of IRMA is commendable and every year the institute saw an increase over the previous year.
IRMA graduates have been hired in key positions in a variety of organisations, including agribusiness, rural marketing, consulting and technology, supply chain management, banking and finance, microfinance, rural development, project management, information systems, human resource development, natural resource management, livelihood promotion, and education and health.
