New Delhi: Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) has conducted its placements for the 2021-23 batch, by achieving 100% success rate with a 8% hike in the average salary package, which is close to INR 15.50 LPA.
This year, IRMA has completed final placements for the 42nd batch (2021-23) of its flagship Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Rural Management), where a total of 249 students bagged 399 offers from the topnotch recruiters.
According to the Assistant Professor Aashish Argade, IRMA has achieved 100% placements for the 2021–23 class. The variety of recruiters who took part in the placement process this year includes dairy cooperatives, banks, NBFCs, agribusinesses, consulting firms, and development sector organisations. Almost 42% of the class was hired by organisations in the BFSI sector, it was the main source for recruits.

Prof Aashish Argade of IRMA said that a total of 90 companies expressed their willingness to participate in the placement process for the batch of 2021-23. However, only 49 companies participated in the campus placement, with 399 job offers being offered to 249 participating students.
Further, 30 new companies participated in the placement process this year. During the IRMA Placements 2023, marquee companies including ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation Limited (AMUL), National Dairy Development Board among others participated.
