New Delhi: Institute of Rural Management (IRMA) Anand is inviting applications for admission to its PGDM Rural Management Executive (RM-X) Program for the academic session 2023-24. Candidates can now apply online at irma.ac.in till January 27, 2023.

IRMA Anand offers its residential PGDM in Rural Management Executive (RM-X) for a duration of 15 months to working professionals who have work experience of 5 years. Candidates seeking admission to the PGDM program can submit their applications at irma.ac.in.

After the application process, the selection of applicants for IRMA Anand Admission 2023 to the PGDM (RM-X) program will be based on the valid CAT or XAT, academic scores, work experience, written ability test, and personal interview.

IRMA PGDM (RM-X) Admission 2023: Dates

As per the IRMA Anand Admission 2023 criteria, the institute will shortlist a total of 60 students for its PGDM Rural Management Executive program. The selection of applicants for the IRMA Program will be done in two selection stages: stage 1 and stage 2.

IRMA PGDM (RM-X) Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission into the PGDM (RM-X) program will have to meet the requisite eligibility criteria mentioned below. 

• Candidates must be a graduate from any discipline, with a minimum of 15 years of education and 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA at the graduation level. 
• Candidates in their final year of the bachelor’s degree are also eligible to apply if they meet the minimum eligibility criteria by September 2023.
• Final year candidates should have passed all of their graduation examinations before the start of the program (July 03, 2023). 
• The candidates failing to meet the minimum eligibility criteria will be asked to withdraw from the program. 

IRMA PGDM (RM-X) Admission 2023: Selection Process

After the application process, the institute will shortlist candidates for IRMA PGDM (RM-X) Admission 2023 seats on the basis of the below-mentioned selection criteria: 

Stage I: Shortlisting based on CAT/XAT/CMAT Scores

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their CAT 2022 / XAT 2023 / CMAT 2022 scores. Students will be informed of the selected candidates through an email / SMS to their registered email address and mobile number.

Stage II: Written Ability Test (WAT) & Personal Interview (PI)

Shortlisted candidates will be called for the next round of selection, the Written Ability Test. Candidates will be required to write about 200/300 words on a given topic. The test has been designed to evaluate a candidate's rural aptitude as well as written communication skills.

Candidates shortlisted for interviews will have to attend the PI with IRMA faculty, who will assess their managerial abilities, communication skills, and suitability for the Institute's program. Personal Interviews will be conducted in both offline and online mode.
