New Delhi: Campus placements for the 2021–23 postgraduate diploma in management (PGDM) batch have been completed at the Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad. In comparison to the previous year, the institute's average yearly salary increased by 14%. The highest compensation was Rs 65.5 lakh per year.
In just 15 days, IMT Ghaziabad's PGDM 2021–23 cohort saw 100% placement, with over 150 recruiters from diverse industries offering positions to the students. "In comparison to last year and the two years prior, the average yearly compensation has increased by 14% and 40%, respectively. The average CTC for the top 10 and top 20 percent is, respectively, Rs. 29.61 lakhs and Rs. 25.30 lakhs annually "IMT Ghaziabad released a statement.
The median pay for students at IMT Ghaziabad was Rs 16 lakh, with an average salary of Rs 17.35 lakh. Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), consumer products, automobiles, manufacturing, banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), internet business, logistics, and supply chain are just a few of the industries that have hired at the school this year.
Sales and marketing, analyst, credit, general management and leadership, strategy, consulting, credit risk, project management, wealth and private banking, corporate finance, treasury risk, project management, product management, market research, equity research, and operations are among the fields in which students have been offered positions.
IMT Ghaziabad has found that the average package for female students is Rs 17.95 lakh per year, compared to Rs 17.14 lakh for male students, reflecting the gender ratio in placements.
Students at IMT Ghaziabad have been engaged by businesses including Deloitte, Infosys Consulting, TATA Consumer Products, NIVEA, Adani Wilmar, Safari, Philips, and Wipro CCL, as well as as HSBC, HDFC Bank, Google, Microsoft, Accenture, Cisco, Cognizant, Genpact, and TechMahindra.
