Apart from GATE, the institute conducts its own written test followed by personal Interview. The Syllabus for the written entrance exam is as per the syllabus for GATE 2022 (Computer Science).
IIIT Lucknow M.Tech Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates seeking admissions into the M.Tech Course will have to meet the requisite eligibility criteria which are mentioned below.
- Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Technology or equivalent in an appropriate field with a minimum of 60% or Equivalent CGPI, in B.Tech.
- Candidates appearing in their qualifying degree examinations are also eligible to apply, provided they appear in their final examinations and complete all requirements for their degrees before August 10. If selected, such candidates shall be admitted provisionally, and they will have to furnish the results of their qualifying degree examinations latest by August 30.
- Further, the candidates must fulfil the minimum requirements of marks/CPI, and other conditions. Failure to fulfil any of these requirements, shall automatically result in cancellation of admission.
- Candidates must also have secured at least 1st division in 10th and 12th examinations.
- Candidates must also appear for and qualify GATE with a valid score.
IIIT Lucknow M.Tech Admission 2022: Selection Process
- The admissions to the M.Tech courses are based on a candidate’s combined performance in last qualifying examinations, GATE, written entrance test and personal interview.
- Firstly the applicants are shortlisted on the basis of their performance in their last qualifying examination
- Shortlisted candidates will then have to appear for written exam and personal interview by email.
IIIT Lucknow M.Tech Admission 2022: How to Apply?
Step 1:Visit the official application portal of IIIT Lucknow @https://iiitl.ac.in/
Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.
Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.
Step 4: Pay the application fee of INR 1500 and submit the Application form.
Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
