New Delhi: The National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research-Raebareli (NIPER) and the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Lucknow have joined hands to promote the exchange of knowledge and educational resources/ that are relevant to both institutions.
Arun Mohan Sherry, Director of IIIT Lucknow, and Prof. Shubhini Saraf, Director of NIPER Raebareli, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Through this collaboration, both institutes aim to encourage cooperation in teaching courses in any discipline.
According to the MoU, the partnership between NIPER Raebareli and IIIT Lucknow will be strengthened through the holding of joint seminars, conferences, and workshops, participation in joint learning as a method of course instruction, and the development of opportunities for joint research and publications.
Talking about this initiative taken by the institute, Arun Mohan Sherry, Director of IIIT Lucknow shared that the collaboration between the two leading institutes will significantly advance their respective research and development efforts.
In other news, leading IIITs of India- IIIT Delhi has collaborated with British Telecommunications India Research Center to jointly develop the products and services of the future. Under this collaboration, the research center will create broadband optical networks and quantum security products.
This agreement aims to support the expansion of telecommunications services with high data speeds. The BTIRC is concentrating on working with top Indian institutions of higher learning to build next-generation networks and technology for information and communication solutions.
