IFMR GSB Placement 2022-23: MBA Students Grab Lucrative offers with the Highest CTC of INR 20 LPA

New Delhi: IFMR Graduate School of Business (GSB) at Krea University has successfully concluded its placement season for the academic batch of MBA for the academic session 2022-23, where it recorded the highest CTC of INR 20 LPA. 

During the IFMR GSB Placement 2022-23, a total of 184 students participated, with around 158 students from the cohort of 2021-23 being hired by leading global and Indian consulting, financial, and technology firms.

These MBA students have landed cutting-edge jobs in fields like regulatory reporting, consultancy, analytics, and risk management. 

Some of the notable recruiters during the placements were HSBC India, Morgan Stanley, Deloitte, Wells Fargo, EY, TVS NEXT, Societe Generale, and Axis Bank. 

The class of 2022–24 also had success in securing internships, with 60 students gaining positions at prestigious firms, some of which paid up to INR 1 lakh per month in stipends. 

The highest salary offered during the IFMR GSB Placements was INR 20 lakhs per year, with the average CTC for this year's placement rising by more than 20%. 

A total of 39 recruiters had employed students from the IFMR GSB for premiere roles in various industries. 

With top-notch recruiters like Dell Technologies, DE Shaw, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, HSBC, Wells Fargo, Tata International, EY India, TeamLease, SBI Capital, Vivriti Capital, Rolandlam, and Barclays, internship offers were also secured across a variety of industries, including IT, BFSI, FMCG, HR, and consulting.

The numbers in this interim report are based on the current placement season at IFMR GSB. With a concentration on quantitative finance, data science, fintech, and sustainability, the IFMR GSB is optimistic that it will continue to draw top companies and bigger roles in the future.
