HNBGU UG Admission 2022 Open; Admission to be done on CUET Scores

New Delhi: HNBGU is inviting applications for admission to its UG Courses for the academic session 2022-23. Interested candidates can apply through the official website till September 26, 2022.

HNBGU will admit students through CUET 2022 scores for UG Admission from this year. The various UG programmes at HNBGU through CUET UG 2022 scores include BSc (Hons) Forestry, BSc (Hons) Horticulture, BSc Mathematics Group, BSc Life Science Group, BPharma Pharmaceutical Science, BCom Commerce, BSc Naturopathy and Yoga, BTech Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), BTech Electronic and Communication Engineering (ECE), B. Tech Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering (EIE), BTech Mechanical Engineering (ME), BA (Hons) Journalism and Mass Communication, BTech Information Technology (IT), BA Arts, Language, Social Sciences and Humanities and BHM Hotel Management.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the CUET UG 2022 results on September 16 at cuet.samarth.ac.in. Nearly 20,000 candidates scored a perfect 100 percentile in the CUET exam.

The merit list for UG admissions will be prepared according to the directions of University Grants Commission (UGC) taking in accordance with the CUET provisions.

HNBGU UG Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

HNBGU course-wise eligibility criteria and respective subjects that the candidates need to choose in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) are tabulated below:

B.Sc. (Hons.) Forestry & Horticulture	Candidate must have qualified 10+2 with Mathematics/Agriculture/Biology having minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC) from any recognized Institution
B.Sc. (Hons.) Life Science Group	Candidate must have qualified 10+2 with Chemistry /Biology having minimum 45% marks for general category (40% for SC/ST/OBC) from any recognized Institution
B.Sc. (Hons.) Mathematics Group	Candidate must have qualified 10+2 with Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics) having minimum of 45% aggregate marks for the general category (40% for SC/ST/OBC) from any recognized Institution
B.Pharma.	Candidate must have qualified 10+2 conducted by AIU/Central Government/State authorities Candidates from NIOS or its equivalent institutions will not be considered eligible for this course
B.Sc (Naturopathy & Yoga)	Candidate must have qualified 10+2 having a minimum of 45% marks for general category (40% for SC/ST/OBC) from any recognized Institution
B.Tech (CSE/ECE/IT/ME/EIE)	Candidate must have qualified 10+2 with Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics) having a minimum of 45% aggregate marks for the general category (40% for SC/ST/OBC) from any recognized Institution. A merit list will be prepared
B.Tech Lateral Entry (CSE/ECE/IT/ME/EIE)	Candidates must have a 3-4 year diploma in Engineering or B.Sc with min 45% marks and 40% marks if passed from B.Sc stream in 12 (with mathematics)
B.A (Arts/Social Science/Language/Sciences & Humanities)	Candidate must have qualified 10+2, having a minimum of 40% aggregate marks for general category (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD) from any recognized Institution. Candidates will also have to give a basic skill test for (Drawing & Paintings/Music) after the entrance exam
BHM	Candidate must have qualified 10+2/equivalent having a minimum of 45% aggregate marks for general category (40% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD) from any recognized Institution.
B.A (Honours) (Journalism & Mass Communication)	Candidates need to have at least education up to an intermediate level in any discipline

HNBGU UG Admission 2022: Selection Process

Candidates willing to seek admission in UG courses at HNBGU will have to clear the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). The CUET (UG)-2022 will be held in Computer Based Test (CBT) Mode. Candidates may register for CUET from the HNBGU portal or by visiting @cuet.samarth.ac.in. Few courses are offering direct admission. Admission to the majority of courses will be based on the CUET merit list.

Pay application fees via online and offline mode.
Print the application form and send it to the authority address with their signed documents. (if applicable).
