New Delhi: The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) has begun the document verification process for round 1 of the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) undergraduate counselling 2022, today, on November 8, 2022.
Candidates willing to change or make modifications in the Haryana NEET UG 2022 documents can do it till November 12, 2022, at the PWD Rest House in Gurugram, close to the Forest Office.
The DMER, Haryana released the schedule of Haryana NEET UG 2022 counselling for admission to MBBS and BDS programmes in all public, nonprofit, and for-profit medical and dental schools throughout the state for the 2022–23 academic year, including those affiliated with SGT University in Budhera, Gurugram, PDM University in Bahadurgarh, Jhajjar, and Al-Falah University in Village Dhoj, Faridabad.
Earlier, the continued protest against the MBBS policy caused the directorate to cancel the NEET counselling 2022 document verification procedure.
Due to the hostile environment, the DMER officials also had to move the counselling location. Previously, the document verification process was planned to take place between November 2 and November 6, 2022.
In Haryana, MBBS students have been protesting the requirement of a bond of INR 10 lakh in order to enrol in government medical schools. A statewide black ribbon demonstration was also organised by the Federation of Resident Doctors' Association (FORDA) to denounce violence against Haryana MBBS students.
Haryana NEET UG 2022 Counselling: Documents Required
Following are the documents required for the verification process.
- Matriculation certificate/ High School/ ICSE/ Class 10/ Class 12 or its equivalent certificate as proof of birth.
- Recent passport-size photo in three copies
- Character reference from a first-class executive magistrate or the head of the institution last attended.
- Residents' certificate
- Certificate of caste
- Certificate of dependant status for a freedom fighter (if any)
- ESM certificate, prioritised (if any)
- Creamy Non-Creamy certificate for candidates in BC-A/BC-B categories
- For candidates in the EWS category, an income and asset certificate a statement of disability (if any)
- NEET UG result card for 2022
- Aadhar cards, PAN cards, driving licences, passports, voter ID cards, ration cards, and Parivar Pehchan Patra may be used as identity cards.
- Printed application form.
