The salary package in GIM saw a hike of around 18% in PGDM Data Analytics 2022 as compared to 2020-21. Two students Vatasala Shekhar and Jason Braganza were offered the highest salary by an e-commerce pioneer.
The top recruiters for the Data Analytics branch were Flipkart, Mckinsey & Company, Bain Capability Network, Accenture strategy & consulting, Natwest, EY India, KPMG, Dell, and more.
On achieving this success Vatasala Shekhar said, “I feel great that along with knowledge and skillsets, organizations are focusing on the critical aspects such as gender equality and pay parity. I believe that things are gradually changing for the better. Gender equality will not be achieved unless female students develop confidence and begin to believe in themselves. Along with this, pay parity is another sign that we should stand up for and confidently advocate for it”.
For the general PGDM course, the average salary package also saw an increase of 12% at INR 12.02 LPA in 2022. The top recruiters were ITC, Citi Bank, Tata Capital, Accenture, Axis Bank, and more.
The PGDM Healthcare Management also saw a sharp increase of 49% in salary packages in placement drives with recruiters like Optum, Lupin, Stryker, and more.
The Banking Insurance & Financial Services of the PGDM course observe stupendous acknowledgement in the salary package with an average salary package of INR 11.17 LPA. The main recruiters for this specialization were J P Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, ICICI, Bajaj Finance, Axis Bank, and more.
