Govind Ballabh Pant University has declared the dates for University Entrance exams for PG and Ph.D. courses. The Exam will be conducted on October 17 and 18 in the offline mode.
Earlier the Govind Ballabh Pant University was facing issues to conduct the test because students were appearing for the Remote Proctored Test held on September 26, 2020. The system had problems for which the digital mode of the exam was cancelled and the University had to release the notification for Offline tests.
The schedule for the Master’s Entrance exam is set on October 17. For the MCA and Ph.D. courses, the Entrance exam will be held on October 18. The University has allotted the afternoon shift for the exam with 3 hours’ time duration.
Candidates are required to download the admit card from the official website to appear for the test.

- Applicant’s Roll number
- Exam Center, and
- Rules to be followed
G.B Pant University had released the merit List for the UG Admissions in the mid-week of September. No Entrance exams were conducted for this and the admissions were offered on the basis of Merit. Although University accepts the JEE score for the B.Tech programs.
Steps to download the Admit card for Entrance examination 2020
Students are advised to follow the below steps to download their Admit Card:
- Visit the official website of the University. gbpuat.ac.in
- Open the Admission bar in the Hope page
- After the instructions, scroll down to the “Download Admit Card”
- The page will open in the new browser. Enter the Registration No. and Password.
- Once the admit card is on the screen, save it and Take a print out for future use.
