Eligibility Criteria for Undergraduate post-graduate and Certificate courses of The Tamilnadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University:

The candidates who want to apply for the UG, PG and Distance courses, the eligibility criteria is given as under:

For Under-Graduate courses:

• 10+2 from CBSE or Equivalent with Commerce group subjects or Computer Science with 70% marks (60% marks for SC/ST) for all 5 year integrated courses except LL.B (Hons.)
• The candidate must have completed 21 years of age
• For LL.B (Hons.) the candidate must have graduated with any degree like B.A. / B.Sc./ B.Com/ B.B.A/ B.E/ B. Tech/MBBS/M. Pharm. etc. with 60% marks (55% in case of SC/ST)

For Post-Graduate courses:

• Candidate should be passed in B.L/LL.B either 5 year Integrated or 3 year Bachelor degree course
• The minimum marks scored 45%

For distance courses:

• For M.C.L and PG Diploma courses: candidate should be passed in any degree and also candidates who are pursuing any other course can also apply
• For certificate course in documentation: the candidate must be 10+2 passed
