Applications are invited for Undergraduate programs in Languages, Social Sciences and Sciences, School of Language, Linguistics and Indology, School of Arts and Social Sciences for the Academic Year 2015-16 by Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU), Hyderabad.

MANUU Admission 2015 Important Dates:

Eligibility Criteria for Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) Programmes Admission 2015:

• For admission in all University programs the candidates should have studied either Urdu as a subject or as a language or as medium of instruction at 10th/12th/graduate level or should have a certificate from a recognized institution.
• Candidates who have appeared at B.Ed./Degree/Intermediate Final year and are awaiting for their results are also eligible to write the Entrance Test for M.Ed./B.Ed/D.El.Ed. respectively, However they have to produce their mark sheets and Provisional certificate at the time of counselling.
• Candidates with the following qualifications are not eligible for admission in to B.Ed. Program: BDS/MBBS/B.Arch/B.V.Sc./BHMS/BUMS/BAMS and 5 years integrated law graduates.
• An applicant seeking admission into Ph.D. should take leave for a period of minimum of two years if working and if not working should give an undertaking to the effect that he / she is not working.
• Age limit:The Candidates age should not be more than 28 years for men and 31 years for women on the last date of admission for campus based professional and Post Graduate programs.

Instructions for applicants awaiting results of the qualifying examination:

Candidates who are appearing or appeared for the qualifying examination may also apply and appear in the entrance test.

• The candidates are considered to be eligible only when they qualify in the entrance test, interview (wherever applicable) and also secure minimum marks in the qualifying examination.
• However, such candidates are required to produce marks sheet and other documents in original at the time of admission. No further correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.

Mode of admission:

• Candidates can take the admission in either on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam or merit in the entrance examination/interview conducted by the University
• In case of Master of Social Works (MSW) the candidates need to face interview for qualification

Online Application forms: For the programs D.El.Ed., M.Ed., B.Ed., M.A. (JMC), M.B.A., M.Com., Integrated B.Tech.-M.Tech. (CS), M.Tech. (CS), M.C.A., Polytechnic programs, all M. Phil. and Ph.D. programs candidates can register for above mentioned programmes online from 26th April 2015.

Candidates who have registered online they do not need to send the hard copy/printed application to the university.

Offline Application/Registration: For the merit based admission candidates can obtain the application form 11th May 2015 to 2nd July 2015:

• From the University either from the sale counter/Academic Section at university campus all regional centers
• Application form can be downloaded from the university website

Submission of Application Forms: For merit based programmes application form should be submitted on or before the last date 2nd July 2015.

• Duly filled in applications along with prescribed fee and copies of required documents should be submitted to the following addresses.
• The University shall not be responsible for any postal delays.

MANNU 2015 Hall tickets for Entrance Test:

The University will intimate the provisional acceptance of application to the candidates only through 'SMS'/'email' for entrance test based programs after verification of the receipt of the application fee. Candidates can download the admit card from the university website a week before the Entrance exam date.

Note:

• Candidates should download the admit card a week before the entrance test only if they receive message of acceptance of their application form.
• The University will not send the admit card by post.
• Candidates will not be allowed to sit in the Entrance Examination hall without admit card and a valid photo ID proof.
