FMS Delhi MBA Placement 2023: Split in Two Parts
FMS Delhi MBA Placements process was split into two parts, namely Lateral and Final Placement Processes. In December 2022, the students who had completed their MBA and had more than 18 months of job experience took part in the Lateral Placement process and the remaining students later participated in the Final Placement process, which was conducted in January 2023.
Some significant steps were made to guarantee a seamless and transparent process for the companies. In order to determine when a company would enter the placement process, a slotting exercise was first conducted. In addition, a scheduling algorithm was used in the placement process for the sixth consecutive year to match the preferences of the business and the student as best as possible during the recruitment exercise.
The strong placements every year are evidence of the excellence-oriented mindset that FMS instills in its students. Along with their studies, students who are pursuing an MBA are encouraged to work with industry titans to solve real-world issues in order to receive real-world industry exposure.
