Delhi University and its affiliated colleges, such as Gargi College, Zakir Husain College, released DU 8th at du.ac.in on December 12, 2020. The 8th DU cut off in 2020 has been released as per programme and category. Candidates can check the 8th DU 2020 list by visiting the university's official website.
Candidates may apply for admission with respect to DU 8th cut-off 2020 until 16 December. The last date of payment of the admission fee for DU 2020 is also 16 December. However, candidates in the reserved category who have not been able to enter or have cancelled their admission until DU 7th of 2020 may apply for admission after 16 December.
The 8th cut off from DU 2020 is a single list released by DU colleges, which includes cut off for the Arts, Commerce and Science programmes. Candidates must score equal or more marks than the DU 8th cut in 2020 to be eligible for admission to participating colleges.
DU has also released notification regarding the last date for UG and PG Admission 2020. It has mentioned December 31 to be the last date to apply for Delhi University Admission 2020.
Delhi University began releasing the DU 2020 cut off from 10 October for most of its colleges, excluding St. Stephen's College and College of Vocational Studies, which released their first DU 2020 cut off on 15 September and 9 October, respectively.
The eligible candidates are offered 69,544 seats in the various undergraduate programmes offered by the DU colleges. Of the 69,554 UG seats, 66,263 are regular seats, while 3291 are supernumerary, including 1216 ECA quotas and 2075 sports quota seats.
Admission to 69,544 DU seats 2020 for UG courses is offered through merit and entrance exam mode. Most DU seats are offered through merit-based procedures, while admission through entrance examinations is limited to 12 undergraduate programmes.
