DU 3rd Cut Off 2021 has been released today, October 16, 2021 on the official websites of DU affiliated colleges. Following which, Delhi University (DU) has also issued consolidated list on the official website - du.ac.in.

As per latest updates, colleges affiliated to Delhi University, namely Jesus and Mary College, CVS Delhi, Kirori Mal College and Maharaja Agrasen College have released their DU 3rd cut off 2021 list. Lakshmibai College, Hansraj, SRCC, Shaheed Rajguru College, Sri Venkateswara College, Bhaskaracharya College of Applied Sciences and Gargi College will be releasing the DU 3rd Cut Off 2021 soon.

As per the DU Cut Off 2021 Release Schedule, DU 3rd Cut Off 2021 has been released today while admission against it will begin from Oct 18, 2021. By October 22, principals of Delhi University colleges will accept enrollment based on the DU third cut-off list 2021 and candidates can pay the admission fee till October 23.

For DU UG Admission 2021, the first cut-off list was released on October 1, and the second DU cut-off was released on October 9. Till date, 13,000 students have applied for admissions under DU Second Cut off 2021, while more than 51,974 students have paid their admission fee since the first round of admission. 

However, many colleges have already closed admissions after the second round. Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College has informed of filling 440 seats out of 820. While their cut off list is likely to see only a 1% dip from the second cut off. Hindu College has already reported filling up the unreserved category seats for all courses while OBC seats are almost filled. The college is also expecting only a 1% decline in the third cut off. 

Delhi University has prepared DU Cut Off 2021 using the ‘best of four’ formula. This considers marks of 3 academic and 1 elective subject. The university offers admissions to undergraduate courses based on merit, to fill 70,000 seats in 64 colleges.

Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) has released its third cut-off 2021 for UG programmes. As per the release of the 3^rd cut-off, admission to both of the courses offered by SRCC are open in the third cut-off list.

It has been seen that admission for most courses in Delhi University’s third cut-off list has been closed. DU 3^rd Cut-off 2021 was announced today (Saturday). Overall, over 80 per cent of seats have already been filled after the second round of admission. Courses that remain open have not seen major drops in percentage.

How to Check DU 3^rd Cut Off 2021?

follow the steps mentioned below to check consolidated list of DU 3rd Cut Off 2021:

1. Visit the official admission portal of DU: admission.uod.ac.in
2. Click on the DU 3rd Cut-Off List – 2021-2022.
3. DU 3rd Cut Off 2021 PDF will appear on screen.
4. Search for the required college and course using shortcuts like “Ctrl+F”.

DU 3rd Cut Off 2021: What to Do After Cutoff is Released?

Applicants who are eligible under the DU 3rd Cut Off 2021, can fill the admission form for the designated college. They are required to visit the DU online admission portal, admission.uod.ac.in for admission form.

Note: DU admission form is not similar to DU registration form for any particular course and college where a student intends to apply. To generate admission forms, candidates have to login into their candidate login portal using e-mail ID and password.

After filling the admission form, candidates have to complete online document veriufication process. Given the COVID-19 pandemic situation, document verification will be done online. Documents required for verification are as follows:

DU 3rd Cut Off 2021: How to Change Course?

Candidates who have been admitted to DU colleges through the first and second Cut Off List can change their decision after the release of the 3rd Cut Off List. Candidates must pay a processing fee of  INR 1000 to withdraw a seat or cancel the admission. Candidates also need to reapply after selecting the desired subject or college based on the DU 3rd cut off 2021.
