New Delhi: The Director of Medical Education, (DME Tripura) is all set to conduct the mop-up round for NEET UG admission 2022, on December 8, 2022. 

According to the DME Tripura statement, the Tripura NEET UG 2022 counselling will take place at noon at the K.L Auditorium AGMC & GBP Hospital in Agartala. Candidates must submit the duly completed application form (attached hereto as Annexure-A) by December 3, 2022, at 5 p.m., along with copies of all pertinent documents that have been self-attested by them. 

Further, the Candidates must deliver those copies to Bidurkarta Chowmuhani Agartala, Director of Medical Education, Government of Tripura, while appearing for the NEET 2022 Counselling. 

The candidates who have already registered for Rounds 1 and/or 2 paid registration fees must note that there are no registration fees for the mop-up round. 

Candidates who do not submit the completed application form along with the necessary documentation before December 3, 2022, may not be qualified to compete in the mop-up round.

The candidates are required to show up in person for the offline counselling session in order to sign their full names in the Attendance Register, which will open at least an hour before the start of the counselling.

Eligibility:

The mop-up round is open only to the candidates who registered in rounds 1 and/or 2 with registration fees (and security deposits for the second round) and who do not currently hold a seat in any NEET UG Counseling (Central/State/Council). This is provided they meet the eligibility requirements, including the NEET UG 2022 cut off marks and other requirements as set forth by NTA.

Non-eligibility:

1. A candidate who was given a seat in the central counselling's mop-up round or any other round of counselling is ineligible to take part in the state mop-up round.
2. Candidates should be aware that a seat in the mop up round of the Tripura State NEET UG 2022 Counseling will not be subject to resignation or surrender.
