New Delhi: On the occasion of National Unity Day 2022, Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will lead the Unity Run starting from Delhi University today, October 31, 2022. Yogesh Singh, DU Vice-Chancellor along with Registrar, Principals, Teachers and Senior Officials will also take part in the run.

According to the Education Ministry's official press release, the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas oath-taking ceremony will also take place during the Unity Day celebration at Delhi University. This ceremony will be held on Gandhi Statue at Vice Regal Lodge in the presence of university officials and the education minister of India.

During the event, Dharmendra Pradhan, the Minister of Education will also address the people. In honour of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel's 147th birthday, special exhibits on his life will also be displayed at Jawahar Park and Vice Regal Lodge.

In the meantime, Delhi University has published the DU 2nd Merit List 2022. The university has started the admission process against the DU Admission 2022 2nd Cut-off released on October 31, 2022. Earlier, the merit list was supposed to be issued on October 30, 2022, at 5 pm. Instead, it was released later in the day.

Candidates can check the status of their DU second seat allotment by logging into their candidate's profile using their application number and password. Candidates should be aware that they have until tomorrow, November 1, 2022, till 4:59 PM to accept the assigned seat.

From November 2, 2022, the affiliated colleges of the university will check the applications and approve the seat in accordance with the schedule made public. Shortlisted candidates may pay their DU UG Admission 2022-23 fee and complete the process by November 3, 2022 till 4.59 p.m through the official website; du.ac.in.
