New Delhi: On the first day of the CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 examination, the entrance test was ruined due to technical issues. The issues were being faced in such a way that NTA had to postpone the examination. 

NTA had to cancel the CUET UG 2022 examinations being held in over 400 centres. The morning slot was set back due to technical glitches and the afternoon slot faced the problem of not receiving the general test paper on the screen. 

The August 5 exams from Shift 1 and Shift 2 which were cancelled due to technical glitches at several exam centres have now been postponed. As per reports, the agency has announced that the first shift exams which were postponed are being rescheduled for August 12, 2022. While the second shift exams will be held between August 12 to August 14, 2022. 

According to the latest notice, the CUET UG 2022 exam scheduled for the first shift on August 5 has been postponed at 20 exam centres. On the other hand, the CUET UG 2022 exam scheduled for the second shift on August 5 has been postponed at 30 exam centres.

Candidates can visit the NTA website(s) www.nta.ac.in and https://cuet.samarth.ac.in/ for the latest updates regarding the examination and to get the postponed CUET UG exam dates when they are released.

“Due to various administrative and technical reasons, the CUET (UG) 2022 examination scheduled for August 4, 2022, (first shift) has been postponed to August 12, 2022, for a few examination Centres…”, as per the notice.
