CUET UG 2023, NTA Issues Important Notice

New Delhi: NTA has released an important notification for Tamil Nadu candidates of CUET UG 2023. As per the notification, the agency has received a few representations from the Class 10th, 2021 students of Tamil Nadu State Board.

Earlier in 2021, the National Testing Agency did not conduct any examinations due to the COVID outbreak. As per the result, no marks were given in the marksheet and ‘pass’ was printed in all subjects with a disclaimer – “As per G.O. (Ms) No. 48, School Education (G.E.) department dated: February 25, 202. All the candidates who studied SSLC in the academic year 2020-21 were declared passed.

 NTA made an important decision to assist the students of Tamil Nadu State Board. As of now, while filling up the online Application Form CUET (UG) - 2023 the Result Mode and the associated Marks / CGPA fields will be invisible for Tamilnadu State Board candidates of Class 10, 2021

Moreover, the same rule will also be applied on the candidates of Tamil Nadu State Board who have already filled the application form along with the passing year as 2021.

CUET UG 2023: How to Register Online?

Candidates seeking to appear for CUET UG 2023 exam can go through the following steps for CUET UG 2023 registration.

Step 1: Visit the official website cuet.samarth.ac.in

Step 2: On the homepage, click CUET 2023 Registration and register yourself.

Step 3: Login, Fill in the application form and upload all the required documents.

Step 4: Next, pay the application fees(if any), and submit the form.

Step 5: Take the printout for future references.

The CUET 2023 registration  began on February 9 and the last date to apply was March 12. This year, the CUET exam will begin from May 21, 2023.
