New Delhi: University Grants Commission, UGC has released a combined list for the on-going undergraduate degree admissions in various central universities. The combined list includes the link to the university portals, admission process, last dates to apply, tentative admission calendar, criteria for preparing merit list on the basis of CUET 2022 scores and date for the commencement of classes.

UGC chairman Mamidala Jagadesh informed about the same. “UGC has collected a tentative timeline and other details of Admission in UG Programmes on the basis of CUET- 2022 in different Central Universities,” reads the tweet on his official handle. He further mentioned that students are encouraged to visit the UGC link under the “Notices” section. 

Candidates should note that the choice of University was asked at the time of filling of CUET application forms. However, fresh applications can now be made as well to the respective university website. Detailed information bulletins for the respective varsities are now available. All students are advised to go through the same carefully.

There are a total of 45 Central Universities which fall under the purview of CUET. Central University of Punjab or CU does not have any UG program and hence is not part of the CUET 2022 admission process. Information on JNU, Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri National Sanskrit University, CU of Karnataka, CU of Kerala, Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, The English and Foreign Languages University, Aligarh Muslim Universiy, Mizoram University and Sikkim have not released any notices as yet.
