New Delhi: University of Calicut, UoC is now inviting interested candidates to apply for its admission process through CUCAT 2022 (Calicut University Common Admission Test). The last date to apply for the enrance test has been extended till May 6, 2022.

As per Calicut University, admission to the various undergraduate and postgraduate programs of the university will be done through CUCAT 2022 score. Candidates who wish to apply for the admission process will have to appear for the common admission test. 

Under the CUCAT 2022, candidates will be offered MA Hindi Language & Literature / MA Functional Hindi & Translation, M.Sc Physics / M.Sc Radiation Physics / M.Sc Physics (Nanoscience), MA Economics, and M.Sc Applied Chemistry programs among others.

Students will have the option to apply for only a maximum of four programs altogether under Calicut University Admission 2022. Based on candidates' scores in the entrance exam, academic qualifications, and availability of admission seats, the final selection for admission seats will be made.

CUCAT 2022: How to Apply Online?

Interested and eligible candidates who wish to apply for CUCAT 2022 can now do so by following the simple step-by-step guide mentioned below:

Step 1: Visit the official admission website of the University of Calicut at https://admission.uoc.ac.in/.

Step 2: From the homepage, click on the "Calicut University Common Admission Test 2022 - 23 (CUCAT)" link available under the Flash News Tab. 

Step 3: Click on "apply now" and enter your details as required. 

Step 4: Fill in the application form with care and upload the mentioned documents. 

Step 5: Select your choice of college and course, and pay the application fee for the same.

Step 6: Verify your details and click on submit to complete your CUCAT 2022 registration process. 

As per the University of Calicut, "The fee for online registration can be made only through the e-payment system (SBI Online/ Payment Gateway/ Friends Janasevana Kendram/ Akshaya Kendras). Printout of the application will be provided only if the payment is successful".

Before submitting the CUCAT 2022 registration form, candidates are advised to read the detailed notification, eligibility, and admission guidelines released on the university's official website at admission.uoc.ac.in. 

As of now, CUCAT (Calicut University Common Admission Test) is accepted for admission to 50+ programs offered by University Teaching Departments/ University Centers/Colleges in the state. Through this, over 2000 students are selected for admission seats every year.
