The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) had earlier postponed the exams to August 19.
The Karnataka HC started hearing a plea seeking postponement of COMEDK 2020 today (August 13, 2020) from 2:30 PM.
According to the advocate, the High Courts of Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra have already stayed the exam. To this, the Bench said, “With all due respect, all other HCs are not functioning like we are.”
As per the plea, as national level entrance exams like JEE, NEET, CLAT and AIBE already postponed, further postponement of COMEDK 2020 is unlikely to affect students’ future in any way.
