Informing about the program, the official website reads “MS Bioengineering program is a 2-year program with a strong emphasis on research. Students undergo a year of course work, followed by a year of research projects”.

“Throughout the program, students interact closely with clinical and basic science departments in CMC Vellore, to formulate a research problem. Research projects at Bioengineering are jointly supervised by clinical and basic medical science faculty”, it further added.
