New Delhi: The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has released the provisional answer keys for the Common Law Admission Test, CLAT 2023. Candidates who appeared for CLAT 2023 can check the same on the official website, i.e.,consortiumofnlus.ac.in. 

CLAT 2023 was conducted on sunday, December 18, 2022 from 2pm to 4 pm. The national level law entrance test is conducted at 127 Test Centres in 23 States and 2 Union Territories across India. 

“93.6% of the candidates registered for the CLAT 2023 Undergraduate test, and 91.7% of the candidates registered for the CLAT 2023 Postgraduate test appeared for the test. Admissions to the five-year integrated Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes for Academic Year 2023-24 will be based on CLAT 2023”, reads the official website.

How to Check CLAT 2023 Provisional Answer Key

Candidates can follow the below mentioned steps to check the CLAT 2023 Provisional Answer Key:

Step 1: Visit the official website, i.e., consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link that reads, 'Objections to question paper and answer key'.

Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen.

Step 4: Read the full notice and view the provisional answer key.

Candidates will be able to raise objections to the provisional answer key by 9 pm of December 20, 2022. The final CLAT 2023 answer key will be released on December 24. 

How to Raise Objections?

Step 1: Login to your CLAT account on the official website.

Step 2: A new page will appear on the screen.

Step 3: Click on the link, 'Submit Objections'.

Step 4: Click the subject objection button and type in your objection.

Step 5: Enter the objection details and click on the submit option.

Step 6: Pay the required fees.

Candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) for each objection. If the objection is found to be valid and sustained, the said fee will be refunded/ remitted to the same account from which it was paid.
