The Central University of Odisha (CUO) has introduced a 2-year Executive MBA for academic session 2020-22.

How many seats are offered in the program?
The Central University of Odisha offers a total of 100 seats in the Executive MBA program. 

What is the admission procedure?
The admission will be done on the basis of the Entrance Exam conducted by CUO, which is expected to be held in early September 2020.

Like a regular MBA program, this executive program also comprises four semesters.

Curriculum 
In an unprecedented situation like COVID-19, there are multiple methods of teaching and learning evolved by universities. Taking forward this innovation, the Central University of Odisha will conduct online and offline teaching with case studies, project work, individual and group assignments, corporate exposure and internship programs.

Visiting Faculty and Resource Material
The leading public sector management institutes like All India Management Association, HAL training Centre Bangalore, Xavier Group of Management Institutions, among others will be a part of competent visiting faculty and resource material.

The CUO Executive MBA will be managed by a steering committee of Director of IPE Hyderabad, Former Executive Director of HAKL, Director of Institute of Risk Management and Insurance, Hyderabad, Dean of CUO. As per reports, the committee will be chaired by CUO VC Prof. I. Ramabrahmam.

The newly launched program will be sponsored by frontline public sector organizations like HAL, NAD, NDMC, VSPL, RSPL, NALCO, DRDO and private sector organizations like Utkal Alumina International Limited, JK Pater Mills.

Other executives aspiring to assume General Management roles are Farmers Producers Organisations, Entrepreneur and Teachers wishful of becoming Management Teachers/Executives, Civil Society Representatives and Executives of Cooperatives.
