New Delhi: Central Sanskrit University is inviting applications for admission to its full-time PhD programme for the academic session 2022-23. Interested candidates can apply online till December 31, 2022.
CSU is offering a variety of PhD courses in the various fields of Sanskrit. Applicants Interested in the PhD program can apply at the Central Sanskrit University official portal at Sanskrit.nic.in.
To apply for CSU Admission 2022, disciplines, the applicant must have a PG degree or an MPhil degree in Sanskrit with a 55% score. A 5% relaxation is also offered to the SC/ ST/ OBC-NC/ PwD/ EWS candidates.
Candidates will be selected based on marks scored in the Vidyavaridhi Entrance Test (VVET) and personal interviews. Candidates with a JRF or foreign candidates are exempted from appearing on the Written Test.
For selection, candidates scoring a minimum of 50% score in the Written Entrance Test shall be called for the personal Interview round. A 70% weightage shall be given to the Entrance test and 30% for the Interview round.
