New Delhi: The PG Dental (MDS) mop-up counselling schedule and norms has been released by the Centralized Admission Committee (CENTAC) on the official website @centacpuducherry.in. 

The CENTAC announcement states that the mop-up counselling will take place for Government Quota and Management Quota seats on November 23, 2022. It will be conducted in both online and offline (physical) ways in hybrid mode.

Candidates will have the option of using the offline or online format. Thus, the interested candidates who can participate in the offline (Physical) process can report to the CENTAC office on the PTU campus.

CENTAC Detailed schedule on PG Dental Mop Up Counselling 

Candidates will have to appear for the counselling before 7 p.m on November 22, 2022. In the event that the candidates have any trouble participating through web conferencing owing to connectivity problems, the candidates will be permitted to call by phone at 9566688077 / 9042412110 and select the seats.

The Mop-up counselling will be held in sessions. For seats under the government quota in the first session, the reservations will be accepted. 

Following that, the unfilled reserved seats will be provided on the basis of merit and transformed, as directed by the Health Department, into unreserved seats. Candidates will be summoned one by one according to merit. 

Candidates who have paid the mop-up counseling fee will be eligible for drawing the Mop-up Participating Candidates List, and the same will be released on November 22, 2022, 11 am on the CENTAC website. Candidates won't be taken into consideration if they don't upload proof of payment.

The Sliding is not permitted in accordance with NMC norms. According to NMC criteria, candidates who entered round 2 through AIQ/State Counseling are not permitted to take part in mop-up counselling. 

Details of Filled, Vacant Seats & Revised Seat Matrix

The updated list of candidates who have joined up to 2nd round of Counselling for PG Dental seats are released. The Health Department has also released the seat matrix, details of filled and vacant seats on the website.

Merit List - Due to the lowering of the cut-off, fresh applications are invited, and the merit list is updated and released.

Documents to be Required at the time of Counselling: 

• Result/Rank letter issued by NBE/NTA
• Documents for reservation claimed
• Proof of counseling fee paid
