Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has successfully conducted the UCEED and CEED 2022 exam today, on January 23, from 9 AM to 12 noon, at various exam centres across the country.
The Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design, UCEED 2022 and Common Entrance Exam for Design, CEED 2022 exam was conducted by the IIT Bombay in both online and offline mode. The UCEED 2022 exam was a little bit more difficult than the UCEED 2021 exam.
According to the student’s who took up the UCEED and CEED 2022 exams, the overall difficulty level of both exams was moderate.
The main purpose of providing the exam analysis of both CEED and UCEED 2022 exam is to give candidates an idea about the difficulty level of the exam and by checking the analysis, they can evaluate their probable UCEED and CEED score and expected cutoff as well.
Since the UCEED and CEED 2022 entrance exams have been successfully completed, the candidates are eagerly waiting for the release of CEED, UCEED answer key, and result declaration updates.
However, the IIT Bombay will release the CEED and UCEED 2022 answer key along with the response sheet on January 25, 2022. The candidates can raise objections against the CEED and UCEED 2022 answer key till 5.00 PM on January 27.
The institute will release the final result and answer key on March 10, 2022, while the CEED & UCEED counselling process will start from April 10, 2022.
By checking the UCEED and CEED 2022 response sheets, candidates will get an insight of how many questions they have attempted correct and incorrect, and also they can calculate their probable CEED and UCEED scores.
As per the subject experts, the UCEED and CEED exams were of moderate difficulty level, and were comparable to the previous year.

UCEED Marking Scheme 2022: For Part A (NAT)
- There will be no negative marking for wrong answers and zero marks will be given for unattempted questions
- However, for every correct answer, 4 mark will be given
UCEED Marking Scheme 2022: For Part A (MSQs)
- Every correct answer will be awarded +4 marks and +3 marks will be given if four options are correct and three options are chosen.
- If three or more options are correct but only two options have been chosen, +2 marks will be awarded and +1 mark will be awarded if two or more options are correct but chosen only one option.
- Zero marks will be given for unattempted questions and 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
UCEED Marking Scheme 2022: For Part A (MCQs)
- Every correct answer will be awarded three marks and zero mark will be given for unattempted questions.
- The -0.71 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

CEED Marking Scheme 2022
- Every correct answer will be awarded 3 marks.
- There will be no negative marking scheme for the NAT section.
- the 0.25 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer in the MSQ section.
- 0.5 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer in the MCQ section.
- Zero marks will be given for unattempted questions.
UCEED and CEED Results 2022
IIT Bombay has decided to announce the UCEED and CEED result 2022 in online mode on the official website uceed.iitb.ac.in and ceed.iitb.ac.in. The UCEED results 2022 will be released on March 10, while the CEED 2022 results will be available on March 8.
Candidates who sat for CEED 2022 and UCEED 2022 exams today, will be able to check their result through the ‘Candidate portal’. After the result declaration, the shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the further round of the selection process.
