New Delhi: Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore has extended the registration deadline for CAT 2022 till September 21, 2022, 5:00 pm. Interested candidates who wish to register for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2022 can now submit their applications at iimcat.ac.in.

To register for CAT 2022, candidates need to submit their application form along with a copy of required documents and payment of the registration fee on or before September 21, 2022. Applications submitted after the mentioned date will not be considered by the exam authority.

Informing about changes in CAT 2022 Schedule, the official website reads "CAT 2022 Registration Deadline extended to 21-Sep-2022, 5.00 PM, Candidates can now choose Imphal (Manipur) as a preferred city for CAT 2022".

CAT 2022: How to Register Online?

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of CAT 2022 at iimcat.ac.in.

Step 2: Click on the latest “CAT 2022 Registration” link available on the homepage. 

Step 3: Register yourself after filling in the required details, such as Mobile Number, Email Id, etc.

Step 4: Now, log in with your registration credentials and fill in all required details in the Application form.

Step 5: Pay the application fee and submit the CAT 2022 Registration form. 

Step 6: Applicants must also take a printout of the application form for all future needs.

CAT or Common Admission Test is a national-level management test that is conducted to shortlist candidates for admission to various MBA and PGP programs. Based on marks secured in the admission test, candidates are offered admission seats in the top IIMS in India. 

Some of the institutes that accept CAT scores in India are FMS Delhi, SPJIMR Mumbai, IIMs, and other top MBA colleges. For this session, the exam is scheduled to be held on November 27, 2022, for all registered caddies in various exam centers across the country.
